All Timeless Blooms bouquets are made to order using premium, hand-selected flowers sourced from Holland.

To ensure the highest quality, freshness, and availability of our blooms, a minimum of 7 days notice is required for all orders. This lead time allows for careful sourcing, delivery to the UK, and the thoughtful preparation of each bouquet.

Occasionally, our Dutch suppliers may offer alternative stems or subtle colour variations. While these are beyond our control, any substitutions will always harmonize with your arrangement, ensuring the same level of beauty, elegance, and quality you’ve come to expect from us.

Delivery & Collection

We offer UK-wide delivery to all postcodes via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm on the delivery date selected at checkout.

Your bouquet will be dispatched to arrive on the chosen day, carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

We also offer local hand delivery, and collection by arrangement. Details and availability for local delivery or collection will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

As all bouquets are bespoke and made to order, last-minute requests may not be possible.

During peak periods (such as Valentine’s Day or seasonal collections such as Peonies), we recommend placing orders as early as possible.
